The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales and marketing, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive Bizplus business, leveraging community events and partnership opportunities.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to drive sales for ancillary areas, promoting space utilization and Bizplus growth.
Collaborate with the investment team to explore opportunities for expanding Bizplus business.
Design and implement efficient operating procedures and house rules to streamline business operations, encompassing product standards and training materials.
Develop automated solutions for streamlined sales, service delivery, and customer management.Establish regulatory compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant laws, government regulations, and building requirements.
Negotiate and maintain direct vendor relationships, optimizing procurement processes and cost controls.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in co-working, leasing, sales, community building, marketing, or business development.
