Job Description:

As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastry and dessert experiences for our discerning guests. Your attention to detail and passion for your craft will shine through in every aspect of your work.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and stocking the pastry/dessert station with all necessary supplies
  • Daily mise en place, preparing for service, and maintaining the station to high hygiene and food safety standards
  • Running the pastry/dessert section with the Pastry Chef
  • Ordering, receiving, and storing items in proper condition and minimizing food waste
  • All other tasks as delegated
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for pastry arts and have a strong foundation in classical techniques. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
