Housekeeping Supervisor


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing housekeeping staff and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage housekeeping operations, including planning resources, allocating work assignments, and supervising team performance.
  • Organize work activities for shift commencement and completion, ensuring cleaning and maintenance are carried out in accordance with organizational procedures and standards.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness level conforms to organizational standards, monitor turnover of rooms, and coordinate the maintenance of rooms, public areas, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, drive service and operational excellence, resolve guests' concerns and feedback, propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience, implement innovation, improvement, and sustainability plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage human resources, finance, and report management by generating and interpreting operations reports for management reporting, providing coaching and feedback to improve team performance, identifying training needs, and implementing training plans to enhance team capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
