Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our recruitment process, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to payroll preparation.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR management, working with a dynamic team to enhance cross-functional teamwork and communication.

  1. Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate employee onboarding.
  2. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  3. Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Evaluate compliance with labour laws and internal company regulations.
  6. Manage employee insurance matters, including policy renewals, claims, and communication with service providers.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Location: Singapore
