Fragrance Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Development Manager to lead our Fragrance Development projects in Singapore/APAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering winning fragrances and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and deliver winning fragrances in Singapore/APAC.
  • Work on cross-category for SEA Market (South East Asia) and lead projects to coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs.
  • Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets and participate actively in the FDM Academy plan.
  • Coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs and support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
  • Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
  • Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
Requirements:
  • Degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Olfactive knowledge in Consumer fragrance in SEA Market.
  • High availability to travel.
