Job Title: Front Office Manager

The front office manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the front office department. This includes overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability in the front office department.
  • Develop short-term and long-term plans for the department, taking into account the needs and expectations of guests.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improvements in processes and strategies within the hotel.
  • Align staff towards achieving annual revenue growth and occupancy goals through proper yield management of room inventory.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of guest rooms, public areas, lobby, and other facilities.
  • Collaborate with security teams for efficient surveillance and incident reporting.
  • Work with human resources on manpower-related matters.
  • Develop succession planning to ensure the development of future department heads.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of Opera.
  • Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
