About this role:
The Enterprise Account Manager will play a key part in driving sales growth by developing and executing effective strategies to expand contract value with mid-sized client accounts.
- Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives to develop and implement an enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value of Gartner's services.
- Manage and renew member research contracts, while also identifying opportunities for new business growth.
- Develop strong relationships with C-level clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and be able to navigate complex sales environments.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree a plus.
- Proficiency in professional English and Bahasa Indonesian to effectively communicate with clients.
- 5+ years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services, software, or hardware).
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within large global enterprises.
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added insights and strategic vision into their business.
