The Reservation Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the reservations sales team and operations teams to ensure all key performance indicators are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the reservations sales team and operations teams to maintain high levels of performance within the reservations guest experience, ensuring that key KPIs are met and maintained, including conversion and quality assurance.
- Ensure travel agency commissions, reservations sales conditions, profile tracking and guest recognition is accurately checked, completed and updated accordingly.
- Maintain the accuracy of arrivals, including billing, VIP status and other guest preferences.
- Support the reservations and operations team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure seamless execution of daily tasks, promoting a smooth and efficient workflow within the reservations team.
Additional requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
