Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests. This involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and operational processes for entertainment and recreation activities.

This includes:

  • Developing and delivering training programs for shipboard and shoreside teams.
  • Establishing quality standards and conducting audits to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with HR and recruiting to build internal and external talent pipelines.
  • Supporting show quality, safety, and operational efficiency through technical training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing training programs and operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
