- We're looking for a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team.
The Guest Experience Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests. This involves designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and operational processes for entertainment and recreation activities.
This includes:
- Developing and delivering training programs for shipboard and shoreside teams.
- Establishing quality standards and conducting audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborating with HR and recruiting to build internal and external talent pipelines.
- Supporting show quality, safety, and operational efficiency through technical training.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing training programs and operational processes.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
