Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding and be able to coordinate with overseas branches on shipment movement.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with overseas branches on freight and shipment movement.
  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Review and verify shipping documents before sending to customers.
  • Monitor billing flow and ensure billing accuracy before submission.
  • Perform adhoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience with freight forwarding is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
