Job Description

We seek a strategic portfolio leader to design and implement multi-asset class strategies.

  • Research and develop medium to high capacity systematic trading strategies in commodities and managed futures.
  • Perform portfolio management tasks, including strategy rebalancing, position monitoring, performance analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Develop processes for portfolio management and execution strategy across different instruments and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with senior portfolio managers, researchers, traders, and technologists to integrate models into production and enhance investment workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quantitative research, trading, and/or portfolio management, preferably in commodities and managed futures.
  • Relevant experience in a systematic trading fund is an asset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field from a reputable university.
  • Exceptional quantitative and statistical skills, with the ability to use data to research and backtest investment intuitions and hypotheses.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to remain focused on different portfolio types and activities.
  • Strong technical and coding skills, with proficiency in R or Python.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and share coherent ideas.
