Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead the development and execution of portfolios and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project & Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for region- and outcome-specific portfolios in alignment with corporate objectives and business needs.
  2. Capital Project Management: Oversee the management of capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting quality standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight to cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.
  4. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: 15 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years with an advanced degree. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large-budget projects in public or private sectors. Knowledge of corporate real estate, infrastructure, or organizational design.
