At JJ Consulting Services, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at the airport. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our clients' experience.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team in managing daily operations, ensuring a positive passenger experience, and making final decisions on matters of importance. You will also guide, develop, motivate, and mentor staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. You will assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.

Requirements for this role include a diploma in any discipline, a good command of written and spoken English, a pleasant and cheerful disposition, and good interpersonal skills. You should be a team player in a fast-paced environment, independent, and able to multitask. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work on rotating shifts.
