About the Role

  • As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing all high net worth submissions assessed by our department.
  • You will ensure quality and turnaround time targets are met, with a focus on delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all high net worth submissions efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
  • Enter data for UL applications received.
  • Review pending cases and serve as the first point of contact between sales and underwriting teams.
  • Communicate underwriting requirements and decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve underwriting and policy issuance matters.
  • Issue medical memos, verifying requests against system checks.
  • Cordinate new business processes between Shared Services Office and Underwriting and Issue teams.
  • Ensure compliance screening is completed before policy issuance.
  • Process medical reimbursements from sales channels.
  • Resolve system issues and exceptional requests from distribution channels and IT teams.
  • Assist in resolving policy contract issues.
  • Participate in product launches, including testing and implementation.
  • Manage changes to forms and questionnaires owned by the department.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including ePR and case360 statistics.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Admin, Insurance, or Banking and Finance related fields.
  • At least 5 years experience in relevant role supporting high net worth customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites.
