Drive the growth of our crypto and fintech products by developing and executing scalable user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels.
- Develop and execute user acquisition plans that deliver sustainable user growth and ROI.
- Own and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback period, return on investment, and conversion rates.
- Build a high-performing team to drive growth and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, local market, and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency.
- 6+ years of experience in user acquisition or growth marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred.
