Job Title:

Support Staff to Medical Director

About the Role:

The key responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless operational management of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing daily patient schedules, managing office supplies and equipment, as well as coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be required to respond to patient queries, manage travel arrangements and send samples for testing. Additionally, you will need to type clinical reports, transcribe medical documents and update databases and spreadsheets.

Maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial data at all times is crucial to this role.

A degree qualification and 5-8 years of clinical experience are preferred for this position. The job is located in Sitra, Coimbatore and offers a permanent work arrangement.

The work schedule is during day shift and includes benefits such as provided food, Provident Fund, yearly bonus and in-person work.
