As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Sales Support Executive to join our expanding team in Singapore We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

**In this role you will**:

- Reporting to Office Manager.
- Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.
- Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.
- Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports as required.
- Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.
- Other office duties as assigned by Office Manager.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.
- Computer skill such as MS Office.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
