Job Description

The APAC Deployment Lead is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of a future state solution for the global transformation program. This includes solution readiness, business readiness, and transition to the end-state.

The implementation involves governance with sponsors, project management to ensure timely delivery within budget, handling interdependencies, and mitigating risks.

This role requires leadership in deploying SAP ERP implementations according to scope, timeline, and budget to meet final project objectives for all phases of the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs
  • Deployment management experience leading large-scale business transformation programs, specifically ERP replacement programs with responsibility for deployment delivery
  • Experience leading project timelines and achievements in a sophisticated business environment and multi-ERP/system environment
  • Expertise in understanding critical path, risk management and mitigation, facilitating program level meetings, executive reporting, and strategic planning
