AML Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AML compliance specialist to join our team. As an AML compliance specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain risk models to enhance our ability to assess and manage various types of risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CDD and Transaction Monitoring policies, frameworks, and procedures.
  • Perform transaction monitoring reviews and investigations for on-chain and fiat transactions.
  • File STRs to CAD where any suspicious transaction has been detected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of KYC/Transaction Monitoring experience.
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Admin fields.
  • Crypto experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
