Digital Advertising Role

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development and execution of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Your key responsibility will be to strategize, launch, and scale these campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience targeting, and conversions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging ad creatives and visuals.
  • Monitor competitors and platform trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Evaluate and implement A/B testing on ad formats, placements, and CTAs to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with social media KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
