Job Description:

  • The Learning and Development Specialist will conduct lessons in a group setting with 5 to 6 students per class.
  • The role involves conducting assessments at least twice a year, developing teaching methods and instructional materials, and monitoring student progress.
  • The specialist will also be responsible for writing progress reports, sharing information with parents, and conducting Meet-the-Parents sessions.
  • Additionally, the Learning and Development Specialist will participate in awareness talks, training courses, curriculum design, and resource development.

Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognized institution or university is required.
  • Relevant teaching experience in mainstream schools is an advantage.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends, is necessary.
