Job Summary

This role contributes to the overall risk management and control framework across six core CBGO markets and five brokerage units. The Generalist will lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts, ensuring alignment with the Group's risk appetite across Customer Centre, Self-Service Banking, Retail-Wealth-Brokerage Ops, and Service Provider Governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead risk reviews and key risk indicator analysis to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.
  2. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and report on performance to senior leadership.
  3. Drive governance over outsourced service providers (OSPs), including risk assessment, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  4. Champion a strong risk culture by supporting and training CBGO teams on risk awareness and best practices.
  5. Contribute to and deliver on risk-related projects & initiatives within agreed timelines.
