Job Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a seasoned talent acquisition expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for finding and hiring top talent?

We are seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to join our team as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms and networks
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates
  • Collaborate with Functional Heads to formulate job descriptions and specifications
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of organizational experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong academic background with a degree in Any Graduate / B.Sc / B.Tech
  • Professional Qualification in PGHRM preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel
