Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Senior Talent Acquisition Partners are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients across their specialist market.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Mange the offer process through to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates.
  • Managing the offer process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior recruitment experience within core sectors.
  • Strong desire to operate as a 360 recruiter.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
  • Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
