Job Title: Frontend Development Lead

">Description:

This role leads the global Micron network in driving HBM product cumulative yield, quality improvement, and new product introduction (NPI), focusing on Frontend and advanced packaging challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership
    1. Collaborate with Fabrication teams to achieve best-in-class yield ramping.
    2. Develop strategic Process Integration tools, systems, methodologies, capabilities, and roadmaps to support business objectives.
    3. Create an environment that fosters innovation and technical leadership.
  2. Tactical Leadership
    1. Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical team deliverables to ensure achievement of committed performance.
    2. Provide direct leadership on most critical team deliverables and identified performance items.
    3. Establish structure for subordinate managers to conduct reviews within their teams.
  3. Performance Management
    1. Ensure clear direction, performance goals, job profiles, and job expectations are established for all team members.
    2. Partner with team members to establish ambitious but achievable goals.
    3. Drive accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management, and appropriate usage of metrics.
  4. Communication
    1. Provide regular and structured communications to the team regarding progress toward strategic objectives, operational goals, priority projects, and company status.
    2. Develop external relationships to achieve new ideas and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.
  5. Training and Career Development
    1. Ensure the team's training roadmap is maintained, focusing on developing leading-edge skills.
    2. Develop potential successors within the team and coach/mentor to develop skills.
