Senior Frontend Engineer Job Description\Helpers for a Technical Leader

Overview: We're seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and responsive web and mobile applications. Your primary responsibilities will include driving technical direction, setting coding standards, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring excellent user experience and frontend system architecture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • \item Design and build scalable frontend systems using modern frameworks like React and React Native, ensuring strong performance and maintainability.
  • Build modular, reusable UI components and establish team-wide frontend patterns and best practices
  • Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and native-like experience across devices
  • Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to implement seamless user experiences
  • Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support and guide junior developers, fostering a learning culture and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
  • \item Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with experience in both web and mobile (React Native) preferred
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and related tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.)
