Job Title: Maintenance and Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering operations, including equipment maintenance and vehicle management.
  • Effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient departmental performance.
  • Track and record inventory levels of critical supplies, ensuring accurate records and prompt ordering.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to procure necessary materials and supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring staff matters, such as attendance, discipline, and performance.

Maintenance and Operations:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles, equipment, and machinery to prevent downtime.
  • Supervise the maintenance team and review work orders to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely submission and review of maintenance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with external teams as needed to support field operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate works and information to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
