This role presents an excellent chance to join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Operations Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment, collaborating closely with maintenance teams and contractors.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining all aspects of building services, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety. This involves conducting regular inspections, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance and repairs
  • Supervising contractors and maintenance personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in building services maintenance work. A certified Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy are essential for success in this role. Additionally, service-oriented mindset, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and flexibility to commence work immediately or within short notice are highly valued.
