Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and design control software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to maintain high product quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead a small development team, driving performance and growth through effective collaboration and mentorship.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical software development, preferably in the semiconductor, analytical, or medical industries.
  • Proven experience in developing equipment control applications and leading Scrum development teams.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with C# in object-oriented programming and 5 years actively engaged in design refactoring based on Clean Code and SOLID principles.
