Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

Job Description:

As a Senior Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle. This involves managing end-to-end software delivery using low-code platforms and Agile methodologies.

You will design and implement technical and solution architectures that align with business requirements. Additionally, you will propose and enforce coding standards and best practices, conduct code reviews, and perform hands-on coding when necessary.

Your key responsibilities include effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, and technical documentation. You will also act as a consultant, offering clients technical solutions, delivery roadmaps, and post-implementation support strategies.

Moreover, you will manage external vendors for development and project delivery. You will prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to client stakeholders. Finally, you will be involved in securing engagements and managing client relationships.
