The role of Associate, KYC Support and Services is a challenging and rewarding position within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and enhancing KYC-related processes, supporting front office teams, and ensuring timely delivery of KYC files in line with regulatory and operational expectations.

This role contributes to internal process improvement, including dashboard creation and data automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting front office activities such as onboarding, reviews, modifications, and closures of clients, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Monitoring KYC file progress and engaging stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with business lines to understand transaction needs and launching onboarding processes
  • Engaging with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation
  • Providing support and advice on KYC and client servicing issues
  • Creating and presenting reports on KYC progress
  • Escalating issues to security departments when necessary
  • Participating in projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and audits
  • Ensuring all client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives and training junior staff
