Job Overview

The Contract KYC Specialist, Client Onboarding/SoW role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Bank's AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements. This involves collaborating with Relationship Managers to verify the relevance and completeness of client information, conducting due diligence checks, and corroborating submitted data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess client onboarding and review requirements in accordance with Bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive client information, performing necessary due diligence checks and searches.
  • Verify and corroborate client data submitted by Relationship Managers, identifying potential red flags or alerts.
  • Escalate any issues or discrepancies to management, working closely with Relationship Managers to resolve client onboarding and review matters.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in KYC and Sow Corrobation, with a strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when interacting with Front Office and Compliance teams.
