Job Title: Contract Manager New Data Center Project

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a new data center project in the central area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contractual matters relating to cost and delays with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate terms and conditions in contract agreements.
  • Manage procurement/award for permanent works in accordance to approved procurement schedule.
  • Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issues.
  • Pursue dispute management and negotiation with new suppliers/sub-contractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
  • Experience in design and build data center projects preferred.
Benefits:
  • Up to $10,000 basic + bonus.
