Industrial Digital Infrastructure Deployment Manager

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Lead to join our team and lead the deployment of digital infrastructure in an industrial environment.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing digital projects, including experience with IT networks, server rooms, and connectivity setups. Additionally, they should have knowledge of integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks (IT/OT convergence).
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering site-wide digital infrastructure deployments, as well as overseeing the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure.
They will also lead the deployment and migration of telephony systems, ensuring that all digital initiatives are aligned with corporate IT architecture and security standards.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments, as well as experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks.
In addition, they should have excellent communication skills, the ability to prepare business cases, deliver executive presentations, and align diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments
- Oversee and coordinate the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure
- Lead the deployment and migration of telephony systems
- Ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with corporate IT architecture and security standards
- Proven experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments
- Experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks (IT/OT convergence)
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management Certification: PMP, Agile, or equivalent
- Familiarity with MES, SAP, or other enterprise application deployment in a regulated environment
- Industry experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing with understanding of GxP compliance and validation
