Job Title

Digital Project Lead for Industrial Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Lead to oversee the deployment of site-wide digital infrastructure, including network systems, server installations, and connectivity.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments. As a Digital Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure.

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of digital infrastructure deployments.
  • Oversee and coordinate the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network.
  • Lead the deployment and migration of telephony systems in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with corporate IT architecture and security standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments.
  • Experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks (IT/OT convergence).
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with MES, SAP, or other enterprise application deployment in a regulated environment.

Industry Expertise

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, understanding of GxP compliance and validation.
  • Life Sciences and Manufacturing industry knowledge.

Apply project management best practices using frameworks such as PMP, Agile, or Scaled Agile methodologies.

Utilize digital PM tools for tracking progress, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.

Excellent communication skills – ability to prepare business cases, deliver executive presentations, and align diverse stakeholders.
