Infrastructure and Industrial Integration Project Manager

Digital infrastructure projects play a critical role in modernizing industrial environments, driving efficiency and innovation. As an Infrastructure and Industrial Integration Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the planning and execution of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments, including network systems, server installations, and connectivity.
- Oversee the integration of industrial equipment into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure.
- Lead the deployment and migration of telephony systems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with corporate IT architecture and security standards.
- Proven experience in managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments.
- Experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks (IT/OT convergence).
- Project Management Certification: PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with MES, SAP, or other enterprise application deployment in a regulated environment.
- Industry experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing with understanding of GxP compliance and validation.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to prepare business cases, deliver executive presentations, and align diverse stakeholders.
