Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee all stock, staff, and promotional campaigns for the store. This critical role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and forward goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
  • Fulfill all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and compile orders based on par levels or needs.
  • Monitor periodic automatic replacement levels for food items to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Verify all goods received against agreed purchase, delivery notes, and quantities.
  • Responsible for storage of food and beverage and operational stock.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of storage facilities in compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged or unacceptable items.
  • Manage store requisitions and sign-off by Department Heads.
  • Post all invoices using the Material Management System.
  • Speak clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
  • Assist in resolving cost discrepancies and complete requisition forms.
  • Update inventory management software and work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items.
  • Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee returns.
  • Verify and track received inventory and complete reports.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Well-experienced in retail management or sales.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
  • Positive, friendly, and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and availability to work during opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
