Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about accounting and invoicing, and have a strong background in financial data handling.

About the Role

This role involves preparing and sending out accurate and timely invoices to clients, as well as collecting and processing orders from customers. You will be responsible for monitoring outstanding balances, following up on short credit term customers, and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Order Management
    • Prepare and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly.
    • Collect and process orders from call-in customers, ensuring order details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Credit Management and Dispute Resolution
    • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on short credit term customer.
    • Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Billing Records and Customer Accounts
    • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Basic accounting knowledge or completion of GCE 'O' Level.


What We Offer

As an Accounting Associate with INRADUS PTE. LTD., you can expect a competitive salary package including a basic salary of up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus. Working hours are 5.5 days a week (Mon - Sat, 830am - 530pm; Alternative Saturday).
