Job Title: Administrative Support Associate - Invoicing and Inventory Management

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Helios Distribution PTE. LTD.

About the Role:
  • Prepare invoices and delivery orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tally and check documents for discrepancies.
  • Perform general data entry tasks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Knock off payments in the system upon receipt.
  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Work Arrangements:
  • 5.5-day work week with Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 5pm, plus Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm.
