Seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Watch Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality watch repair and servicing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technical evaluations to determine the required services for luxury watches, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure that all watches are serviced to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including recording technical issues and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on diagnostic and technical matters, providing them with detailed information about their watches.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Certificate of Competency in watch repair (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in luxury watch repairs and servicing, with a strong background in technical skills and quality assurance.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
