We are seeking a highly skilled Watch Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Watch Specialist is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing analogue, quartz and digital smartwatches.

This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to perform intricate and delicate repairs. A high level of integrity and reliability is required as well as the ability to carry out accurate and precise work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting and diagnosing faults in watches
  • Replacing worn out or faulty components
  • Performing product analysis on malfunctioning watches
  • Estimating repair costs and communicating with customers
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and in-person

A successful candidate will have a strong interest in watches and possess excellent eyesight and concentration for handling delicate repairs.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification in Electrical and Electronics
  • Watch repair experience is an advantage
  • Finger dexterity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
