Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Watch Precision Specialist to join our team. As a Watch Precision Specialist, you will be responsible for performing professional technical repairs and servicing of luxury watches. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on watch repair and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Perform technical evaluation to identify the service needed* Perform quality control checks* Responsible for the quality of the luxury watches repaired and serviced* Polishing of cases and bracelets* Provide technical advice & training to stores* Attend technical training on independent brands* Communication to customers to explain diagnostic when technical enquiry raised

Requirements

* Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Certificate of Competency in watch repair or any other relevant courses* At least 3 years of experience in watch repairs and servicing* Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality* Keen in watch repair or watch care services industry* Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
