Job Title: Senior Resident Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Supervisor to oversee the implementation of architectural designs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure alignment with approved architectural designs and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction work.
  • Verify that materials and workmanship comply with project standards and codes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve architectural-related issues.
  • Enforce quality control procedures to uphold design integrity and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect on-site architectural works, finishes, and detailing for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Architectural License - registered with the relevant authorities.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction administration of building or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex architectural drawings and specifications.
