Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned architectural works manager to oversee various large-scale building projects. As the primary site supervisor, you will ensure that all architectural works adhere to approved plans and specifications.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and site progress to identify discrepancies and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the resident architect/engineer to supervise works and coordinate with other consultants' site staff.
  • Conduct quality control inspections, verify contractors' method statements, and maintain accurate daily site records.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings and prepare defect snagging lists for rectification works.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising various developments, preferably with prior experience in precast construction and architectural finishes.
  • The ability to work overtime when required by schedule and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.
