Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design professional to join our team in the Changi East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of high-profile architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural projects that transform urban landscapes. Your expertise in Design and Engineering Management will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary link between the construction team and external design consultants on all Architectural/Fit-out works
• Engage with Project/Site Engineers and Construction management team to incorporate site constraints and preferred construction techniques/methods into the design
• Resolve design-related queries
• Verify design and review deliverables for completeness and accuracy
• Site operations coordination and monitoring
• Participate in weekly meetings with site teams and provide information about engineering and design aspects

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Civil Engineering Degree recognized by the PE Board Singapore
• At least 8 years of experience preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of BIM requirement aspects of engineering and design
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant design and project management tools
