Job Opportunity for Employment Advocacy

This position is part of the Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE), which advocates fair treatment and welfare of domestic workers in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview migrant domestic workers to understand their employment and welfare conditions.
  • Provide assistance on employment-related issues to both domestic workers and employers.
  • Escalate infringements to relevant authorities.
  • Record interview responses and produce reports.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, printing letters, entering data into spreadsheets, and collating.

Location: Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm

Requirements:
  • Minimum N-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office administrator, or customer service role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to converse in Tagalog/Hindi to liaise with native speakers.
  • Good communication skills.
