Start your engineering career by enrolling in our structured 26-month Career Advancement Programme (CAP). This programme sets you on the path to become a proficient Digital Delivery Management specialist.

Digital skills are crucial in the Built Environment sector. BIM is the way to digitally create and simulate building and infrastructure models before actual construction.

AcePLP welcomes fresh graduates and mid-careerists from various disciplines to enroll in our CAP. The programme aligns you with the Built Environment career trajectory, ensuring you acquire relevant skills and expertise.

You will have opportunities to learn on-the-job alongside industry experts and build your expertise after an initial 2-month classroom training. Our experienced trainers and resource managers will guide you throughout the programme.

  • An intensive free two-month technical BIM and CAD training will be provided.
  • Learn on-the-job as you work across building and infrastructure projects in Singapore.
  • Build your expertise and widen your professional network through our large database of clients, project assignments, and alumni.
  • This programme counts towards the fulfilment of prerequisites for certain degrees and certifications.
  • Sponsorship for further studies may be available subject to terms and conditions.
