Job Description

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations and sales achievement of given targets. Your role involves communicating ongoing promotions and offers to customers, promoting first-class service excellence and customer experience at all times, adhering to duty roster and assignments given by Supervisors/Managers, and upholding the company's branding and image as the front-line ambassador.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good written and oral command of English
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, mature and self-driven
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts in the Changi Airport environment
