Allied Health Informatics Systems Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing operational and informatics systems support to allied health departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
">- Incumbent will plan, implement, and upgrade schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with system vendors and department end-users.
- Responsible for annual IT workplan submissions in consultation with department leads and ops personnel.
- Manage IT-related planning and execution for allied health departments in future campuses.
- Assess and handle EPIC change requests from users, including build changes and root cause resolution.
- Oversee and manage integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of departments' systems and applications on cloud storage.
- Upgrade existing IT systems to meet new requirements and automate workflow using IT solutions.
- Manage and administer department servers, workstations, and printers in LAN environments.
- Acquisition and implementation of computer systems and accessories.
- Compilation of schedule workload statistical reports.
- Undertaking scheduled and ad-hoc data extraction and compilation as required by users.
- Price updates, charge rectification, and audit activities.
- Maintaining contracts and following up with system vendors and departments.
- Responsible to review, update, and implement IT SOPs according to MOH, cluster, and Synapxe directives.
- Perform regular IT audits for assigned allied health departments.
