Job Description:

This role is focused on providing operational and informatics systems support for allied health departments. The incumbent will work closely with respective allied health leads to monitor, maintain, and update relevant IT systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system troubleshooting, building fixes, upgrades, system verification, as well as implementations and documentation.

">

In addition, the incumbent will help to coordinate allied health informatics systems for hospital future campus and continuous maintenance thereafter.

">

This is a hybrid role with exposure to operational work such as procurement, policy and workflow reviews and audit works. Potential to transfer skills and knowledge to full admin & operational support for allied health division.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">

  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or healthcare-related studies with 5 years of experience or relevant qualifications in healthcare informatics systems.

    ">

  • Prior experience with EPIC systems will be highly advantageous.

    ">

  • Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts, DICOM, HL7 standards, LAN/WAN & internet connectivity.

    ">

  • Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes.

    ">

  • Good understanding of information security policies, network security and firewall administration.

    ">

  • Effective and demonstrable analytical, problem solving and organisational skills with high level of attention to details.

    ">

  • Ability to prioritise and simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects within tight timeline.

    ">

  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and be flexible.

    ">

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
